Refund policy

For health and sanitary reasons, and due to the nature of slime being handcrafted and expendable product which degrades over time, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All products are final sale, and slime cannot be returned even if it is unopened.
Our slimes fall under the exceptions in section 7.8 c) and d) of our Terms of Service, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them.

We will happily replace products damaged during shipping if you contact us at info@slimeaficionados.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo or video as proof of damage. In this case, we ask that you ship it back to us in the condition that you received it for refunds or replacements.
