Shipping service
We are using door to door and parcel point services. Our current shipping partners: GLS, FedEx, Packeta, Foxpost.

We currently ship to Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States.
All our slimes are 100% handmade, hence they require a production time.
Domestic Orders (Hungary)
For domestic orders within Hungary, please note that the processing time is currently 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This means that once you place your order, we package the items you ordered and prepare them for shipment within 3-5 days. Once the order ships, it takes 1-3 additional business days to deliver your order, the delivery time frame depending on the shipping service selected at checkout and the distance between our shipping center and your shipping address.
International orders (European Union, UK, USA, etc)
For international destinations, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once the order ships, it takes additional 3-8 business days to deliver your order.
Your country may charge you import duties, or a VAT based on the price of your purchase. Every country has its own fees and policies so if you have questions, it is best to contact your customs department. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We will not be responsible for delays due to customs.
Orders for Spain
We ship to Spain except for these locations:

Orders for Norway, Sweden, Finland
FedEx may charge an extra fee if your delivery address is located in remote or out-of-delivery areas.
Before you make your purchase, please check your ZIP code if it can be found on the Extended Area List. Please refer to the following links below where you can see the ZIP code ranges and which Tier belongs to and during the check out, please choose the proper shipping method (Tier B or Tier C) if it is applicable to your address.

If you purchase with the standard shipping fee but your delivery address is on the Extended Area List, we will contact you separately to pay the additional surcharge. Please note that if we do not hear from you or you do not complete the payment of the extra surcharge after 3 days, we will cancel your order automatically and provide you a full refund.
For all orders
Once the order ships, buyers are responsible to monitor the delivery status and contact the courier company in case the delivery is in delay or delivery is not successful for whatever reason. We are happy to help in case you need assistance, however, please note that once we handover the package to courier company, we do not have control over the shipment, so we highly recommend buyers to actively follow up the shipment until the package arrives.
!!!ATTENTION!!! - We are not responsible for packages which are returned to us or destroyed by courier due to not successful delivery. In case if package is returned to us, we will store the package for 2 additional weeks in our warehouse and during this time you can request us to resend the package. (additional shipping fee will be charged)
If we do not receive any request for these packages from the buyers within the given 2 weeks period, we will destroy the packages. (2 weeks starts to count from the day when delivery service returned the package)
